Ultrasonic cleaning

The ultrasonic cleaning system provides efficient and gentle cleaning of a wide variety of production parts and is ideal for components that cannot withstand high temperatures. Even the finest contours, drill holes and hard-to-reach areas can be accessed easily by the microbubbles created in the ultrasonic bath, which remove any contamination by means of pressure and suction waves. If required, the cleaning performance can be enhanced by using the integrated high-performance heater.
Details
The container and housing are made of high-quality, durable stainless steel and are therefore resistant to numerous acids and alkalis. In addition to the intensive ultrasonic effect, various cleaning chemicals can also be used if particularly stubborn residues need to be removed. The stainless-steel cover which is supplied as standard effectively reduces outgassing of cleaning fluids and prevents unwanted odours in your production environment.

Sandblasting machine

With this micro-fine sandblaster, you can work continuously and with maximum process reliability. Two separate chambers allow you to fill the machine with 110 µm blasting abrasive so that you can switch flexibly between applications. The generously proportioned blasting chamber offers sufficient space for a wide variety of production units and is ideal for processing complex geometries and very fine components.

A large viewing window with replaceable protective film and bright LED interior lighting ensure a clear view of your workpiece at all times. At the same time, the integrated extraction connection keeps the working environment free of fine blasting dust, ensuring clean results and a pleasant working environment. The material chambers are heated to avoid interruptions to your work. This prevents clumping of the blasting material and is effective in keeping the nozzles clear. With an adjustable pressure of up to 6 bar, the proven REITEL quick stop mechanism and the convenient foot control, the blasting process can be controlled precisely and efficiently. Dry vacuum cleaner

This small dry vacuum cleaner is extremely quiet and has enormous suction power. Contamination that occurs during sandblasting, for example, is efficiently extracted. Thanks to its small dimensions, the handy vacuum device fits into almost any niche. The container can hold up to 13 litres of dirt, while the filter has a 9-litre capacity and filters to dust class M. The hose can be connected to the sanduret with an adapter.

Polishing machine

The polishing machine has two spindles and two independently controllable, brushless motors. This enables simultaneous work and flexible polishing in several process steps, without any tool changes or interruptions. The variable speed control from 270 to 4,500 rpm on each side ensures optimum results with different materials and polishing processes.

As an option, two easily readable displays can be added to show the exact speeds. The integrated extraction system for each spindle is controlled directly by two knobs; the exhaust air is discharged upwards, enabling space-saving wall installation.
